Jess, Amanda and their team were fantastic in every possible way when we hired them to design and manage the renovation of our Upper West Side pre-war condo. They are incredibly responsive: you will never be left waiting for anything. Most importantly to us though, was that they provided a great plan in a quick period of time, had their contractor start sooner than I thought humanly possible, and then delivered the project on time and on budget. The final look was stunning, bringing a beautiful, clean look to the pre-war charm of our apartment. We couldn't have asked for more. Except that we did: a leak from an apartment above ours caused damage to our newly renovated apartment (talk about timing!) and the first call we made was to Jess and Amanda. Immediately they engaged the contractors, got a quote, sent it to our upstairs neighbor's insurance company and had the work completed. We can't recommend Jess and Amanda enough

WOW! Salles Interiors is TOP NOTCH! I hired Jessica and Amanda to project manage the complete renovation of my NYC apartment, as well as, stage it when placing it on the market. From the beginning, their professionalism, knowledge of what needed to be done, and meticulous eye to every detail got the job completed. Everyone they used did an amazing job and my building staff enjoyed working with them. The decorating furnishing selections chosen were beautiful and their interior design expertise could be seen everywhere in the apartment. Their eye for style and knowing what buyers want created an atmosphere people positively resonated with, including myself. They did a FANTASTIC job. This is the 3rd time I've used Salles Interiors and they have always done a GREAT job. They have an eye for style that just creates a vibe people respond to, which is what you want when you're trying to sell an apartment. This job is the first gut renovation they did for me, and I am beyond impressed with the results. The place looks phenomenal. I can't say enough positive things. The contractor, painter, floor guy, tile guy -- everyone they used -- did an amazing job, and the staging piece of it is beautifully and tastefully done with lovely little touches everywhere. We hired Salles Interiors to sell our beautiful three bedroom condo near Lincoln Center in Manhattan. Jess and Amanda took care of the cleaning and painting before the staging. Fabulous job!! The entire job from start of painting to finishing the staging took about a week and a half. I couldn't believe the apartment when I came in to look at it after the staging. Their sense of style is bright and cheerful, with everything clean and crisp. It looked straight out of a magazine. At our first open house a couple from Ohio who had been looking for two years came to see the apartment and knew that it was "the one." They even requested to leave it furnished because they loved the staging so much! It's impossible to know for sure what the apartment would have sold for had we shown it empty, but obviously the staging is what really sealed the deal. The apartment certainly would not have sold the first day on the market, but my guess is that the staging added about $150,000-$200,000 to the sales price ($3,395,000). Some of my friends thought I was nuts for spending the money to stage an apartment, but it's certainly the biggest and fastest return on an investment I have ever made. And I forgot to mention that Jess and Amanda are super nice, and fun to work with. I can't thank you enough for your great work!!!
